∎ Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.
∎ Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Diagnose and repair mobile handsets, ensuring high-quality and on time service (up to level 3.5).
∎ Maintain Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) during repairing.
∎ Perform software updates, system restores, and troubleshooting for devices.
∎ Conduct hardware repairs, including screen replacements, battery fixes, and component replacements.
∎ Test repaired devices to ensure proper functionality and quality standards.
∎ Maintain accurate records of repair activities and customer information.
∎ Contribute to improving repair processes and service efficiency.
∎ Job Context:
∎ SYMPHONY Mobile, a leading mobile handset brand in Bangladesh, is currently seeking potential candidates for the position of Executive Engineer to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs of mobile handsets at our Customer Care centers at out side of Dhaka. The new hire is expected to diagnose, repair, and test devices effectively while maintaining service standards, improving repair processes, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnose and repair mobile handsets, ensuring high-quality and on time service (up to level 3.5).
