Job Context:
∎ Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Director will strategize construction activities and best approaches for projects. Formulate the broad functional strategy and operational plan and ensure that the vision, mission and strategy is cascaded down to the function to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration of all functional strategies.
∎ A person who can deliver our brand promise of ‘delivering quality and on time hand over’ is encouraged to take the challenge. He has to ensure that each phase of the building is completed as planned.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting annual operational strategy for construction department and ensuring its implementation
∎ Ensuring efficient construction management focusing on high quality of construction, cost effectiveness and on time handover
∎ Working constantly to introduce new technology with a vision to improve the quality and cost effectiveness
∎ Playing an active and efficient role in managing cross-functional departmental issues
∎ Managing skilled workforce through continuous training to achieve company’s goal.
∎ Introducing new initiatives for further development
∎ Effective implementation and monitoring of ISO procedure
∎ Address all the issues as a head of Business Team and to solve the issues proactively
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 20 years of experience in the field of construction, especially in real estate sector
∎ Minimum 8 years working experience in senior positions (GM & above)
∎ Highly skilled in project management and technically sound
∎ Highly capable and passionate to deal with the customers
∎ Should have Positive attitude, devoted to hard work and will be ready to take over any added responsibility
∎ Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated and value driven
∎ Long term job vision and will act as future leader
Salary: Negotiable
