∎ Age at most 55 years

∎ "1. Age within 55 Yr
∎ 2. Building construction, Roads, Bridges, Drain etc structural design skill is required
∎ 3. River Protecting dredging etc.

∎ ? Well versed with latest project planning software ""Primavera Project Planner ""(p6) and others Computer applications such as: AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel, & Others. (MUST)
∎ ? At least 20 years of practical job experience with reputed Construction Company. Must have ability to supervise multiple high rise building in mega project sites. Must possess strong ability to plan and execute all aspects of construction of high quality modern multi-storied building anywhere in Bangladesh. Experienced in time management for ensuring timely completion of assigned projects.
∎ ? Must be hard-working, capable to shoulder responsibilities, inspire subordinates with leadership qualities as a team leader.
∎ ? Knowledge of Bangladesh National Building Code, Real Estate Company's relevant Rules, Regulations and Guidelines.
∎ ? Must possess vast experience about Structure, Construction, Finishing work and Project Management.
∎ ? Must be very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English and should be able to communicate via email and video conference with various overseas counterparts.
∎ ? In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
∎ ? Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
∎ ? The applicants without experience of working in senior level position in High Rise Building Construction of reputed Company need not apply."
