Job Responsibilities:
∎ Required Agent will have to work DAY SHIFT/NIGHT SHIFT (Based on Process) from the office.
∎ Candidates must work through inbound, outbound, and non-voice support techniques to target customers selling products or services.
∎ Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in domestic call-center is a plus.
∎ Fluency in Bangla speaking & typing is a plus.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
