Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide Technical Support: Offer prompt and effective technical assistance to existing clients, resolving their queries, issues, and concerns related to Tipsoi.·
∎ Client Training: Conduct training sessions, both onsite and online, to help clients utilize Tipsoi to its full potential. Ensure they understand all features and functionalities to enhance their HR management processes.·
∎ Client Visits: Schedule and conduct periodic visits to clients' premises to strengthen relationships, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.·
∎ Data Entry Support: Assist clients with data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely input of information into the Tipsoi system.·
∎ Onboarding New Clients: Guide and support new clients during their onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and helping them become familiar with the Tipsoi HRM device.
