Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive calls and convey appropriate messages to the clients professionally.
∎ Ensure Customer Service and fulfill satisfaction
∎ Greet all clients with appropriate manners and arrange pre-consultation requirements for potential clients (If necessary).
∎ Guide the patients regarding investigation, medication & its preparation (if any)
∎ Be updated with the latest information on different facilities and tariffs.
∎ Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues
∎ Ensure inputting flawless data entry and record accordingly
∎ Ensure bill/invoice generation properly and maintain financial transaction
∎ Check due reports and deliver in time to the customer and keep documentation properly
∎ Maintain cash receive and due register
∎ Deposit daily collection to the accounts department against sales.
∎ Receive all kind of incoming documents/letter/certificates and deliver it to the respective department
∎ Perform regular duties on priority basis
∎ Inform respective department if any abnormality is found
∎ Maintain confidentiality of organizational strictly
∎ Prepare various statements Weekly, Quarterly, Monthly, Yearly and as and when required
∎ Any kind of task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ An excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Excellent English speaking and writing skills
∎ Must have good typing speed in Bengali and English
∎ Computer skills: MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point and Access) is must
∎ Candidates having working experiences in any modern private hospital/diagnostic center will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
