∎ Bachelors of Business Administration from any reputed public/private university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update client database and payment master chart.
∎ Coordination with sales team for schedule collection.
∎ Notification to clients for schedule and overdue payment.
∎ Receive payment instruments and issue authorized money receipt against each and every payment.
∎ Periodical coordination with A&F to update client's ledger.
∎ Develop self by earning knowledge and review self daily activities.
∎ Prepare and maintain self-priority matrix, daily action plans, maintain all communication as per set calendar.
∎ Regular attendance in morning meeting, display seven habits in action.
∎ Prepare and submit quarterly, monthly and fortnightly action plans and review weekly.
∎ Receive sales files from CRS.
∎ Maintain proactive communication with all internal and external customers, record all discussion and give feedback within time as per CS Manual.
∎ Prepare collection forecasting.
∎ Ensure on time collection of scheduled payments to maintain positive cash flow.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly collection report.
∎ Be well groomed, well mannered, smile and other customer service attributes

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
∎ The ability to work in a team as well as individually
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Good attention to detail
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
