Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or equivalent degree from a reputed public or private university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer order receive, price & inventory checking & payment confirmation for issuing money receipts, invoices and delivery Certificates maintaining liaisons with other departments.
∎ Responsible for product receiving, daily opening stock & operation report preparation.
∎ Product transfer schedule preparation for Chattogram Warehouse considering the stock of the plant's warehouse & upcoming imported & local product receiving status, customer's order and inform transport management official for transport arrangement.
∎ Monthly physical stock counting & reconciliation statement preparation.
∎ Regular communication with Sales & Marketing, C&F agents, and transporters regarding product delivery & receiving.
∎ To keep updated/ready on all warehouse operational materials & equipment.
∎ Check log books of security, generator, stock, and forklift regularly.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven working experience in Customer Service and Logistics
∎ Adequate knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
∎ Excellent Communication skill
∎ Good Knowledge of MS Office applications

Salary: Negotiable
