Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she will support customers by answering product and service related queries and questions. Answering client correspondences through email, social media platforms and by phone.
∎ He/she will deal with customer feedback and general inquiries and conveying extensive product information to customers.
∎ She/she Identifies, investigates and deals with customer issues accordingly. Keeping customer records, including contact information, purchases, billings is very important in this activity and shall present the report to the line supervisors accordingly in professional manner.
∎ He/she shall conduct customer feedback, surveys periodically and prepare summarized reports based on customer feedback on products, services, store environments, operational issues and on various company policies.
∎ He/she shall provide customers with clear instructions to resolve issues, on time and in clear manner.
∎ He/she shall receive customer calls/queries and if needed, she/she will transfer the queries to relevant departments when advanced solutions are needed in regards to different aspects of requirements.
∎ He/she shall contact proactively with potential or existing customers to inform about existing and upcoming products, offers, campaigns and other relevant information.
∎ He/she shall conduct regular follow-up with ongoing issues with relevant departments and shall prepare task report monthly and submit the same to the departmental heads.
∎ He/she shall track all social media channels and emails every day to inquire about customer reviews and shall track customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints and shall prepare a summary record based on the findings.
∎ He/she shall visit all outlets regularly as per the approved calendar and prepare a monthly report on store issues. He/she may need to give presentation to management on the findings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, smooth negotiation ability with internal and external customer. Multi-function skill is pre-requisite criteria for this position.
∎ Have the ability to work for extended hours, work under pressure. Must be well organized, self-motivated and able to work independently, positive attitude to any challenges.
∎ Must have good writing and speaking ability both in English & Bengali. Should have knowledge in MS office and be able to correspond via e-mail.
