Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Master's / BBA / MBA from any reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding product & service.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer Support
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels.
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints as per direction & instruction of Head of CRM
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
∎ Ensure correspondence with customer & update customer file.
∎ Ensure day to day database management update related work.
∎ Prepare & execute customer related agreement & give support to Head of department for monitoring pending activities.
∎ Communicate with customer for outstanding payment collection.
∎ He/She may be assigned with any other jobs by Top Management in the interest of the Group

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant Job experience is required. Freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ Gentle and pleasant personality.
∎ Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla.
∎ Expert in MS Office package (MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation)
∎ Should have very good interpersonal skills.
