∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Must have market knowledge related to garments accessories.
∎ Must have at least 1 year working experience in customer service department with large garments accessories industry
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain EWO acknowledgement with detail verification with PO and ERP details.
∎ Make sure that customers receive PI from commercial.
∎ Follow up daily order status with production and planning.
∎ Update customer about delivery receiving time.
∎ Update and escalate OTD and OTIF issues.
∎ Visit customer if required.
∎ Keep the customer happy and maintain the relationship.
∎ Update daily customer on delivery fulfillment, delays and any other impact on time.
∎ Make sure that customers get the correct documents at correct time.
