∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as single point of contact for customers and manage/negotiate pricing and co-ordinate for all shipments.
∎ Escalate potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken in accordance with business guidelines and customer requirements, be proactive in order to minimize service crises.
∎ Research on rates and routes to get competitive rates.
∎ Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate, delivery time.
∎ Maintain, grow, and build long term relationships with Liners, Customers and Overseas agents.
∎ Follow-up with customers for outstanding payments.
∎ Co-ordinate with Sales, Operations and Documentation department and follow-up on shipments generated.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Experience in shipping line company will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
