∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Skill in Email & Verbal Communication, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Drafting, Critical issue solving.
∎ Knowledge in Real Estate sector, land, Construction, Design & DAP.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & self-driven.
∎ Competencies in Customer Service, Critical customer dealing, Trouble shooting.
∎ Skill in Email & Verbal Communication, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Drafting, Critical issue solving.
∎ Knowledge in Real Estate sector, land, Construction, Design & DAP.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & self-driven.
∎ Competencies in Customer Service, Critical customer dealing, Trouble shooting.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare- final account,optional modification, send logistic update to customers.
∎ External and internal communication
∎ Customer meet (at office & outside office), frequently site visit.
∎ Project coordination, meet inbound and out bound customer call.
∎ Solve customer’s issues, solve backlog & critical issues.
∎ Maintain critical log, regular communication with customers.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
