∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with customers regularly over phone, email.
∎ Project visit with customers as and when required.
∎ Follow up customers queries & update those, coordinate with other departments related with customers issues.
∎ Select materials with clients' consent.
∎ Preparing optional works, final account & adhoc committee formation
∎ Others works as advised by supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must have good command in communication (written & verbal)
∎ Computer proficiency is must
∎ Hard working, proactive, positive mentality to maintain company mission, vision & core values.
∎ Ability to handle independently & convince customer.

Salary: Negotiable
