Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with customers regularly over phone, email.
∎ Project visit with customers as and when required.
∎ Solve backlog and critical issues
∎ Follow up customers queries & update accordingly and coordinate with other departments related with customers issues.
∎ Select materials with clients' consent.
∎ Preparing optional works, final account & adhoc committee formation
∎ Any others tasks as advised by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must have good command in communication (written & verbal)
∎ Computer proficiency is must
∎ Hard working, proactive, positive mentality to maintain company mission, vision & core values.
∎ Ability to handle independently & convince customer.
