∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Adaptability, Excellent communication skill, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Social Media
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/ She often act as a liaison between customer service and other departments, especially sales
∎ Any specific complaint from a customer to the attention of someone who can resolve the situation
∎ Organize internal and external meetings regarding customer service
∎ Collection of pending due bills over phone (visit when necessary)
∎ Service reminder notice, venture potential new cliental over phone and in person
∎ E mail offers
∎ Collect necessary information and promptly report office activities directly to MD
∎ Attend guest and clients, follow-up of complaints and requirements
∎ Corporate Communication over phone (visit when necessary)
∎ Maintain business relations with media, vendors and sponsors and keep records of media coverage
∎ Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews for the organization
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
