Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
∎ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
∎ Meeting personal/customer service and call handling quotas.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
∎ Directs calls to higher officials, staff, or departments through the switchboard or PABX system.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
∎ Receives customer messages and delivers the same to the departments.
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Update directory information on the front office software.
∎ Provide relay service for hearing-impaired customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
