∎ Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Product/Service Information: Providing accurate and helpful information about products and services.
∎ Order Processing and Payments: Taking orders, processing payments, and managing customer accounts.
∎ Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and updates in CRM systems.
∎ Escalation and Reporting: Identifying and escalating complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
∎ Problem-Solving and De-escalation: Using active listening and de-escalation techniques to resolve customer issues.
∎ Sales and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to customers.
∎ Adherence to Standards: Following company policies, procedures, and call handling protocols.
∎ Training and Development: Participating in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
