Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide confidential secretarial and administrative support for the management.
∎ To give support to the travel desk for making foreign trips for the management.
∎ To manage the schedule, screening and handling of telephone communication.
∎ To deal with administrative problems and inquiries when required by the management.
∎ To be responsible for general meeting support, including arrangements, follow-up calls, taking meeting minutes, maintaining office space schedules, and arranging food.
∎ To prepare a draft letter or any documents as assigned by the management.
∎ To take responsibility for different functional wing activities related to management as per the limits of the positional authority.
∎ To ensure the assigned tasks are completed within the specified time frame.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
∎ Skilled in scheduling meetings using Google Meet or Zoom.
∎ Strong communication skills in English.
∎ Excellent analytical skills.
∎ Proficient in report writing.
∎ Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
