Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce well-researched content for publication online (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, website, and other platforms) and in print.
∎ Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
∎ Writing and designing content for social media, website and for off line marketing.
∎ Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
∎ Market research and incorporate the findings into each campaign for better results.
∎ Communicating with the sales team and assisting with their queries via both telephone and email.
∎ Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement.
∎ Generate pitches based on current events and market trends
∎ Stay current on marketing and general industry trends to augment content development
∎ Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in branding, style, and messaging.
∎ Multi-Tasking (As assigned)

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Strong analytical ability
∎ Great interpersonal skill

∎ Computer proficiency
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
