Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for handling all matters related to Register of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJFC).
∎ Responsibilities will include preparation and submission of return to RJSC, share related works, recording of official company documents etc
∎ Candidate will oversee organizing all board of directors and other official meetings, maintaining official records of such meetings and informing concerned authorities of proceedings.
∎ Candidate will be responsible for preparing and arranging annual AGM meeting for the company.
∎ Experience in company matters related to RJSC
∎ Experience in share department will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidate must have experience working with RJSC matters for a reputable company.
∎ Candidates with experience working in share department of reputable companies will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
