∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate traditional and online message strategies that meet business goals.
∎ Provide marketing and communications expertise in the development and implementation of printed and online publications, websites, presentations, and collateral materials.
∎ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with partners, contractors, and stakeholders.
∎ Develop content for posting on various digital media platforms, ensuring consistency across communication channels and working within brand & communication guidelines.
∎ Create ad campaigns that help increase public knowledge of health-related risks and solutions
∎ Analyze current programs and initiatives and determine how health communication efforts can be changed for better results
∎ Attend internal and external meetings as requested.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Age, education and experiences may be relaxed in case of potential candidates.
∎ Good command of Bengali and English in content editing will be given preference.
