∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Export Commercial
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase order download from M & S website
∎ Need to cargo booking in forwarded portal
∎ Need to prepare commercial invoice
∎ Follow up goods onboard status & arrange to collect B/L & submit the documents to Bank and forwarded office
∎ Need to check B/L draft
∎ Need to collect shipping bill & download Exp from BB website
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the same position
∎ Good Command over MS Office especially MS Excel
∎ Knowledge in operating ERP
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good Communication (written/verbal) & presentation preparation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented, self motivated, self driven, good interpersonal skill & team work
