Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters Degree with Commerce Background from any reputed University
∎ Skills Required: computer skills, Purchase Procurement, Commercial related experience, Quotation, Sourcing, supply chain management, team work

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform market survey and preparing cost and scenario analysis.
∎ Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers for purchasing.
∎ Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future needs.
∎ Negotiate with external vendors to secure competitive advantage.
∎ Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchasing.
∎ Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
∎ Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply.
∎ Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality.
∎ Raising requisition, Asking quotation, Prepare competitive Statement
∎ Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies.
∎ Work with team members, supervisors, and purchasing committee to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors.
∎ Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong working knowledge of procurement, invoice processing and payment functions.
∎ Well conversant with all commercial tasks and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bengali and English and Inter personal skills.
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing.
