∎ M.Com or MBA from reputed university with excellent academic records

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall operation of commercial activity of the export & import, Customs, Bonds, Industrial & commercial business strategies, Bank documents preparation & submission, local purchase etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with concern department & provide them proper feedback
∎ Check all Import/Export documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan / Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, other certificate)
∎ Monitoring Invoice and Bill Payment
∎ Prepare Customs Audit file & conduct Customs Audit
∎ Prepare custom book entry as per import, UD & UP consumption
∎ Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
∎ Responsible for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions and follow up till the return of the documents value.
∎ Any other job assigned be department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 01 to 03 years' Experience in related field will get preference
∎ Well conversant with MS office applications
∎ Must have excellent knowledge about ERP software
∎ Excellent communication skill both in Bengali & English
