Structural Drafting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plan, elevation & section with details working drawing of both sub-structure and super structure for RCC Industrial/RMG, Commercial & Residential Building and Hospitality (Hotel) Project.
∎ Prepare layouts, proposal drawing & basic shop drawing for Steel Buildings.
∎ Prepare as built & retrofit drawing for existing Buildings.
∎ Prepare Electrical & Plumbing drawing.
∎ Strong Computer based work skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Auto CAD
∎ Structures or Autodesk Revit and Communicating with email.
∎ Communicate with Architects & Engineers while preparing the drawing.
∎ Execute general coordination of assigned projects during the detailing process.
∎ Visit job sites, as required, to resolve problems and interpret drawings and documents.
∎ Maintain up to date skills in computer system applications relevant to detailing works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Must possess the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be willing to do any detailing related work assigned by the top management.
