Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting all required tests as per the specified Methods/ SOPs and ensure testing accuracy.
∎ Monitoring of water quality, conducting of daily testing of all liquid.
∎ Testing of quality parameters for water, fuel, lub oil etc.
∎ Maintaining stock of required chemicals and raising of requisitions.
∎ Completion of daily, monthly reports properly.
∎ Troubleshooting about chemical issues.
∎ Keeping all the related record updated.
∎ Keeping all necessary QCs updated.
∎ Ensuring good housekeeping all around.
∎ Maintaining the equipment and calibration records up to date.
∎ Giving the update on the progress of the testing to relevant colleagues.
∎ Ensuring test completion within time line as per required service.
∎ Bringing to the notice of the Supervisor or above any discrepancy in test material, method or equipment.
∎ Liaison, co-ordinate with other dept. for quality maintaining of working fluids
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have work experience in Power Plant.
∎ Technical analysis and reporting ability with good computer literacy
