∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Graduation in Marketing Major from a top-ranked Public or Private University.
∎ MBA in Marketing from a reputed university will be preferred.

∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve revenue targets through efficient and organized distribution of air-way bills and resource identification for improved profitability.
∎ Meet the sales targets set by the management.
∎ Enhance the distribution network, maintain communication with direct clients to ensure repeat sales, and conduct continuous market research to identify growth opportunities.
∎ Gather market insights on competitors and closely collaborate with Cargo Operations to enhance revenue generation.
∎ Implement marketing and sales strategies developed by the superior at the station level to expand the customer base.
∎ Optimize operational efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction and meet client requirements.
∎ Create awareness of all products and services within the area to amplify market influence and boost sales.
∎ Contribute to the development of new products to broaden market reach, improve yields, and implement strategies across the USBA Cargo Network.
∎ Implement effective marketing plans developed by the superior to improve market penetration and distribution of products.
∎ Involved in distributing USBA promotional items, circulars, memos, and announcements to the agents to provide information on USBA products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Cargo Section of any airline.
