∎ •Manage small amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
∎ •No sales target.
∎ •Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
∎ •Handle customer inquiries over the phone
∎ •Manage and resolve customer complaints
∎ •Provide customers with product and service information
∎ •Process orders, forms and applications
∎ •Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
