Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule appointments for patients.
∎ Answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner.
∎ Obtain and enter accurate demographic information of a patient (Name, address, contact number).
∎ Produce call reports.
∎ Attend training programs regularly.
∎ Other reasonably related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to communicate effectively.
∎ Ability to handle a "call center" environment: work quickly and multi-task.
∎ Ability to exercise good judgment to handle calls appropriately.
∎ Ability to demonstrate good patient service.

Salary: Tk. 8000 - 11000 (Monthly)
