Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from any reputed Public university only

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish Industrial Pump as profitable & growing revenue earning segment with government and private sectors.
∎ Explore new markets & drive new business revenues for Industrial Pump and associated products and solutions.
∎ Achieve sales targets by implementing Sales & marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
∎ Prepare & execute roll-out plan for Industrial Pump retail business to achieve revenue growth.
∎ Lead and support team for overall goal achievement
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity by generating and qualifying potential leads in advance.
∎ Develop new clients and maintain a good relationships with existing clients.
∎ Develop and maintain a customer database.
∎ Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
∎ Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
∎ Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
∎ Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
∎ Prepare and present sales contracts.
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
∎ Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person.
∎ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
∎ Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
∎ Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Sc Engineering and Min 2 Years Work Experience in pump Sales.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work in a stressful situation, and able to adapt to any given situation.
∎ Should have good knowledge of ERP.
∎ Excellent communication skills and literacy in computers.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
∎ Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
∎ Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
