∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed public or private University.

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Sales & Marketing, steel industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve target of selling, develop and validate of annual business plan of all products and services of the organization.
∎ Establish pricing strategies; recommend selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
∎ Oversee the sales of end to end construction solutions and provide EPC solutions.
∎ Maintaining proper documentations of project/ongoing engineering related works.
∎ Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
∎ Continually monitor the market development, competitive activities and review the strategies, look for opportunities to penetrate new market and enhance service.
∎ Proper Co-operation & communication with related in-house departments including Design & Estimation, Production, Erection and Finance etc.
∎ Understand competitor business strategies and how it compare and contrast with product and services.
∎ Develop and maintain effective relationship with existing and new customers in order to improve market share.
∎ Ensure standard procedures & processes including required use of ERP Software (MIS).
∎ Provide best support services and ensure customer complaints are deal within a scheduled time frame.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Civil engineer with 1 - 3 years experience in Sales & marketing, Business Development.
∎ Experience in Steel Structure - Sales & Marketing will be preferable
∎ Adequate skill is required to drive a team as a team leader to achieve collective goals
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel (Data analysis and report preparation)
