Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tender Preparation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participating in Local and International bidding process including e-GP in different sectors
∎ Review of Tender information about demands and derivation of bidding proposal preparations.
∎ Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
∎ Monitoring of the bidding in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
∎ Tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in bidding process preferable in e-gp works
∎ Time-management and organizational skills
∎ Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
