Job Context:

∎ Work Shift: Day Shift 08:30:00 AM to 05:30:00 PM (including one hour break); Night Shift 09:00:00 PM to 06:00:00 AM (including one hour break);
∎ NB: Night shift not for female staff.
∎ Six days working (week off Friday)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the company's assets according to the requirements of the company's system documents.
∎ Regularly take inventory of warehouse materials and check the safety of warehouse materials, and regularly output warehouse inventory analysis report.
∎ Regularly take inventory of the assets of all departments of the company to check the consistency between the systematic accounts of all departments and the actual assets.
∎ Regularly conduct cross-departmental asset security patrols to check the company's asset security vulnerabilities and risks.
∎ Physically check the production personnel attendance, and verify with HR attendance data and analyze with the standard.
∎ On-site supervision of scrap material and scrap material sales, and can detect abnormality in time.
∎ Prepare audit report on daily work results.
∎ If the relevant work results in an excellent performance, the department can provide better opportunities for promotion.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Communication Skills, excellent oral and written English ability, MS Office tools.
∎ Experience in asset management or warehouse management is preferred.
∎ English Proficiency: High Level
∎ Quality: Positive, active, careful, good communication, expression, coordination,execution, and compression ability; can adapt to clean workshop working environment & should be ready to adhere to Company Culture and Policies.
∎ Preference: Who can join us as soon as possible.Should be ready to accept challenges and have the desire to learn new skills.
