∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check the physical measurement of construction work.
∎ Check the different kinds of RS such as Daily Labor Work, Material carrying rubbish cleaning work etc.
∎ Check the materials consumption as per drawing
∎ Check the quality of Shuttering materials, Grill, Verandah Railing etc.
∎ Check the quality of civil materials.
∎ Check the quality of construction work of assigned project.
∎ Check the Re-bar as per drawing.
∎ Physically check the all types of wastage materials.
∎ Check the safety security
∎ Check the optional work before the handover of flat.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years experience in Real Estate sector.

Salary: Negotiable
