Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering from any reputed University (Preferred).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking the requirements for machine molds, spare parts, etc., from the factory and coordinating with foreign suppliers (China and others).
∎ Developing and recommending new products with a comprehensive report based on market research.
∎ Assessing daily production reports from all factories and providing management with relevant updates.
∎ Coordinating and maintaining liaison between the head office and the factory concerning new products, production reports, machines, and related accessories/equipment.
∎ Following up on general management activities and reporting to the Managing Director on a daily basis.
∎ Monitoring and reporting on the availability of raw materials in a timely manner.
∎ Reporting and recommending immediate action in case of any discrepancies.
∎ Performing other relevant duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in English are highly desirable.
∎ The candidate we are looking for must be highly proactive, self-motivated, energetic, smart, and presentable.
∎ They should possess good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
∎ Demonstrated flexibility to adjust to different work environments is essential.
∎ The ideal candidate should be neat, organized, able to work independently and collaboratively, and welcoming to the public.
∎ Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence, is a requirement.
