∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Research Organization, Trading or Export/Import, Travel Agent, Web Media/Blog

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks.
∎ Organize Weekly, Monthly meetings, Annual conference, wing-wise meetings & take meeting minutes.
∎ Provide all kind of secretarial support such as conducting extensive market research, project management, preparing reports and presentation for meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Provide necessary assistance in taking initiates of new business ventures.
∎ Perform QA, QC and checks as directed by CEO
∎ Plan, co-ordinate, execute and ensure that CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Maintaining CEO's agenda and & assist in planning all pre-schedule appointment.
∎ Keep records of documents & maintain a proper filling system with reference.
∎ Travel arrangements for CEO (Visa processing, travel planning, booking airlines & booking accommodation.)
∎ Schedule and organize frequent events and meetings from planning to execution
∎ Maintain daily cashbook of CEO.
∎ Handle confidential & sensitive documents.
∎ Screening telephone calls, taking messages and responding to queries.
∎ Conserves the chief executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting, and analyzing information, initiating telecommunications.
∎ Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Any other assignments and/or tasks assigned by the CEO.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
∎ Exemplary planning and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent time management ability and a structured approach to work.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (MUST HAVE)
∎ Must follow directives and maintain utmost confidentiality.
∎ The flexibility to work additional hours outside office schedule to fulfil the requirements of the role and meet the business needs.
∎ Energetic, Creative, Sincere and Honest.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently and under time constraints.
∎ Takes responsibility & ownership in work and high level of integrity.
∎ Ability to travel locally and internationally for work will be advantageous

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ (Negotiable; based on experience)
