Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts, Finance
∎ English Medium Students will be given high preference.
∎ IELTS certification is also preferred. (score 7-8 in band of 9)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Good writing skills, Microsoft Excel, multinational company, NGO, Personal Secretary

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all appointments and meeting schedules.
∎ Contact with all stakeholders/communications on behalf of Executive Director through email, phone call, and other mediums.
∎ Draft different business letters, emails, applications, official notices and other document as per directions of Executive Director.
∎ Prepare work orders and other business documents for project work, office
∎ supplies, and ensure proper documentation.
∎ Create write up and content for company business documents, website, and social media.
∎ Interdepartmental and external communication with all units associated to Executive Office.
∎ Check intercompany daily cash flow and Accounts Record. Review and report to Executive Director.
∎ Preparing meeting minutes and other secretarial notes on different issues concerned with the Executive Director.
∎ Following-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Accompanying Executive Director in the time of visiting different establishments.
∎ Notifying Executive Director on upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements.
∎ Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements.
∎ Arranging protocol service, visa, air ticket booking, and hotel reservation-related activities of Executive Director and company business delegates according to pre-schedule.
∎ Any other secretarial tasks are relevant to this role given by Executive Director

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent command over English both in Speaking and Writing.
∎ Must have Sound knowledge in computer literacy, especially MS Office (mostly Excel), Internet & other communicative operation Applications.
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Should have working experience of performing all kinds of secretarial works.
∎ Maintaining a high level of confidentiality/privacy at Group of Company.
∎ Should have cross-functional working skills
