Job Context:
∎ Confidence Infrastructure Limited is looking for Executive- Assistant Admin & Accounts (EPC Project).
∎ Candidate should have the intention to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for project purposes.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Petty Cash daily basis.
∎ Check each and every payment is made as per the approved budget.
∎ Prepare and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
∎ Ensure compliance of VAT-related matters.
∎ Manage daily local purchases as per the approved budget.
∎ Record the expenditure in the ledger that will comply with the budget items.
∎ Any other work assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ To handle the flow of money on a day-to-day basis and update accounts accordingly. Also, needs to be capable of managing money flow, company assets and liability as needed.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical skills and details oriented.
∎ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
