∎ BBA / MBA in any discipline preferably from HRM / IR / Management from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Employee Relation, HR and compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring flawless service of office assistant, support staff & security guard (attendance, leave, duty allocation).
∎ Maintain plant and dormitory housekeeping, Safety & other related compliance.
∎ Look after Casual worker management and distribute them as per requirement.
∎ Maintain plant canteen in consultation with wellness committee.
∎ Maintain the plant vehicle management (Maintenance, Routing, Scheduling) as per duty roster.
∎ Look after the fixed Asset and accommodation of employee at Plant dormitory.
∎ Maintain and process admin related report and documents such as daily attendance and overtime of Non- Management employees.
∎ Involve with local purchase as per purchase policy.
∎ Monitoring daily Fitter, Welder & Helper and bill pay.
∎ Liaise and coordinate with various government and non-govt. organizations.
∎ Responsible to maintain plantation and greenery inside plant premises.
∎ Performing other duties, as described and assigned by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Good Knowledge about Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015 & related laws and ERP Software.
∎ Must be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and work under pressure.
∎ Good Presentation skills.
∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & Inter-personal skills.
