Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Management
∎ Minimum Bachelor/Master Degree from any reputed public/private University, major in HRM will be given preference
∎ PGDHRM will be get extra value
∎ English Background is Preferable
∎ CGPA in both Bachelor and Master Degree should not be less than 3.00 in scale of 4.00.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, General HR, Good communication skills, HRIS/ HR Database Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all local and foreign correspondence, fixing meeting with various Companies;
∎ Prepare asset management inventory of New Vision;
∎ Attain all incoming emails and initiate follow up action;
∎ Hire Human Resources and update employment policy time to time;
∎ Able to take responsibility and pressure to meet the target of time and quality;
∎ Prepare and send business letter/email to local and overseas companies and offices;
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in office management, file maintaining and be able to provide administrative support;
∎ Prepare draft of various letters, email, congratulation/appreciation letter, invitation letter, Job Confirmation letter etc.
∎ To make hotel bookings and travel arrangements for clients and senior management as required
∎ Plan and execute work itineraries/schedules, maintaining appointment diary and perform other duties as and when assigned
∎ Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
∎ Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
∎ Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions
∎ Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
∎ Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
∎ Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
∎ Update lunch expense every month & adjust employee dues with mobile expense as required.
∎ Review current HR technology and recommend more effective solutions
∎ Ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing for a newly establishing limited company.
∎ Provides general administration supports and services for clients for set up new office.
∎ Maintaining registers of all incoming mails, monthly utility bills, stationery stocks, library books and preparing stationery requests when required
∎ Arranging official meeting schedules and appointments when requested and confirming all appointments and official meetings with external offices.
∎ Maintain attendance, salary sheet, monthly budget and related papers.

∎ Keep the ‘Asset Management’ inventory updated. Keep the softcopy updated on a monthly basis. There should also be a hard copy of the file signed off by all employees for what items are being used by who. For any addition or change to the file, keep a note in the hard copy file.
∎ Handle Employees' Performance Evaluation & Leave Management
∎ Responsible for other general duties as requested.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong communication skill both in Bengali & English
∎ Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Office Program
∎ Should have good analytical & problem-solving skills
∎ Should be self-motivated & willing to take challenges
∎ Should maintain high standard of ethics
∎ Candidates should be smart and well mannered
∎ Proven work experience in similar role
∎ Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems & Administrative Tasks
∎ Experience with full-cycle recruiting
∎ Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts)
∎ Demonstrable leadership abilities
∎ Should have mentality to work in extra hours, "based on workload and project deadline some time may need to work more than office hour".
