∎ BBA / MBA / Masters Degree in HRM / Management from any Public or reputed Private University
∎ Skills Required: Computer skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Front Desk Working Experience

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet all visitors and guests coming to office with good gesture.
∎ Maintain proper record of all visitors/guest's day to day.
∎ Attend all incoming calls through PABX and take appropriate action as asked by caller.
∎ Assist HR and Admin Department as Admin Assistant when required.
∎ Keep notes and pass them to the proper authority.
∎ Receive all documents and dispatch them properly.
∎ Update phone book regularly.
∎ Prepare and take necessary action for outgoing parcels and letters.
∎ Preserve daily Tour & Outgoing information.
∎ Ensuring all bill, voucher is properly entry in bill register book.
∎ Interview Call.
∎ Keep record of product up to date information & price.
∎ Showroom related information.
∎ Preparing daily attendance.
∎ Maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner.
∎ Keeping all the stationery items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Pleasant smartness and presentation.
∎ Knowledge of Computer operation, Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)

∎ Two Eid Festival bonus, Performance based increment yearly
