Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of Technical & Financial proposal based on EOI/RFQ/RFP issued by Government, Semi-Government, NGO, International Donor Agency like ADB, JICA, World Bank etc.
∎ Conducting online/physical meeting with national & international clients and partners in English Language.
∎ Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
∎ Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments.
∎ Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
∎ Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current with necessary company news and information.·
∎ Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
