Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ M. Com. in Accounting/Finance/AIS from any reputed University
∎ CA-CC is preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to assist the manager to obtain financial data from several sources such as expenses incurred in the month, day, etc.
∎ Record and analyze the company's financial information.
∎ Daily bank reconciliation.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely processing of pay transactions and to be posted in the ledger properly
∎ Ensure monthly and quarterly bank transaction activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Prepare financial reports for other concerns, suppliers, and tax and vat authorities.
∎ Prepare withholding tax return and submitted to the authority in time
∎ Ensure timely Data Entry in the Accounting Software. Must have experience in TallyPrime software operate.
∎ Execute journal entries as per receipt and payment
∎ Monitor the collection of due payments
∎ Maintain receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.
∎ Post and process Data and Journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
∎ Prepare and verify bills/vouchers for vendors and other expenses
∎ Prepare the cash and bank book properly
∎ Checking of daily expense vouchers of petty cash.
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
∎ Perform other task assigned by management.
