Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with the customers via cold calling and email marketing.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the clients and prospects.
∎ Manage and regular follow-up with existing clients and prospects.
∎ Carry out competitive sales study, market survey, and analyze business activities.
∎ Ensure collection of booking money, down payment and installments in time.
∎ Follow-ups, correspondences, and documentations on regular basis with client..
∎ Explaining the products and services to the customers.
∎ Writing scripts with all information required to understand the products.
∎ Resolving customer complaints and doubts.
∎ Attending meetings with the sales team.
∎ Answering prospective customer’s calls as and when required.
∎ Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
∎ Prepare and send invoices to clients
∎ Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
∎ Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
∎ Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed
∎ Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments.
