∎ Building Construction, Construction cost estimation, Construction Materials. The applicants should have experience in the Real Estate Company.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic and responsible Estimator, Civil Construction for our real estate company.
∎ 1 Prepare detailed estimate, BOQ, and budget as per drawing and requirement of the project.
∎ 2. Collect the drawings and related information and solve any problems by discussing with the concerned
∎ 3. Checking and observing of drawings before finalizing BOQ.
∎ 4. To visit the project to compare the revised estimate & measurement quantity against the present status.
∎ 5. Prepare project Feasibility and standard specifications.
∎ 6. Market survey to source materials and rate collection.
∎ 7. Prepare rate analysis and unit price of structural and finishing items.
∎ 8. Collect utility-related and other documents from the concerned department.
∎ 9. Prepare project Feasibility and standard specifications.
