∎ Age 22 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have a proven track record in a similar role.·
∎ To make BOQ, Estimate, Quotation, Bill, Invoice, Work Order/Purchase order related to the assigned project.·
∎ To carry out work management and coordination as directed by the reporting person. Oversee project records and documentation to the discipline.·
∎ To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the reporting person.·
∎ To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, the status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on-site, labor, day works, provisional quantities, etc.·
∎ Verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.·
∎ To estimate and prepare monthly work plans, arrange requirements, and execute the plan properly with the support of the company’s other manpower.·
∎ Monitor project deadlines and assist team members in meeting deadlines.·
∎ To undertake any other duties related to the project and work as and when instructed by the management.
