∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare BOQ in building (Residential, Commercial, Shopping Complex, Resort, Amusement Park etc.) construction work.
∎ Prepare project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs and rate analysis.
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Identify measures for cost minimization.
∎ Any other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the management.
∎ Must have knowledge about Auto Cad
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year(s): BOQ in building (Residential, Commercial, Shopping Complex, Resort, Amusement Park etc.) construction work.
∎ Energetic, confident, smart and proactive.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Should be hardworking and Self-motivated.
∎ Should have excellent Team Building capability managing and motivating large teams.
∎ Computer literacy is must especially in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point & e-mail
∎ Able to Type in English & Bangla.
