∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil. B.Sc Engineers from any requited university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicants should have the experience to estimate the total costing of high-rise buildings in Real Estate sector.
∎ Total BOQ & Rate analysis expertise.
∎ Must be able to prepare BOQ for any Apartment projects.
∎ Cost Analysis & Bill Processing of Projects.
∎ Monitoring materials and cost control of projects.
∎ Preparing project Reports.
∎ Must have computer experience ( especially in Microsoft excel)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
