∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any well recognized government Institution
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Excellent communication skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Construction cost estimation, Construction Estimating, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare bill of quantity (BOQ) as per drawing.
∎ Estimation and costing of construction materials and construction works.
∎ Prepare rate analysis and unit price of structural and finishing items.
∎ Prepare detail quantity estimate of civil work.
∎ Preparation of item specifications.
∎ Coordination with Architects, Structural Engineer/ Electrical Engineer to prepare the BOQ.
∎ Build relationships with key vendors (Subcontractors, Suppliers, Engineers, etc.)
∎ Site bill checking.
∎ Visit the site when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Building Construction, Construction cost estimation, Construction Materials. The applicants should have experience in the Real Estate Company.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
